Joe and team took down a total of 11 medium size pine tree and 4 stumps in my yard of about 1/3 an acre total.  They did a great job of climbing the trees that required it and dropping (with unbelievable precision) others.  They cut, removed, grinded, and cleaned up everything within about 6 hours.  I should also mention that I receive 5 total quotes for the job and Joe's was very competitive.  I would definately recommend Joe's services, because they did exactly what they said they would, when they would, and did a great job.

Joe the most impressive part of this experience is you are an HONORABLE businessman of your word. Your trucks were full to capacity from the job you just left, so my tree and debris had to be left behind (it was a Friday evening). I never expected to see you again, especially since you had already been paid. To my utter surprise I returned home from work that Monday to find ABSOLUTELY no trace of tree, leaves or debris on the very day you promised. There was no sign that anything was ever wrong. Joe and his crew are prompt and professional, just what one would expect from a service oriented business.  What sets All American Tree apart from most of the rest is their attention to small details.  It is as if Joe takes ownership of everything inside the perimeter of the jobsite with one simple goal: the only evidence that he was there is that a tree is missing.  His crew lowered limbs that had plenty of clearance to be felled from 40', just so they would cause as little damage to lawn as possible.  They cut limbs as flush to the trunk as possible so that when it was felled, it also would minimize lawn damage.  Their cleanup is insane.  Maybe all tree businesses provide this same level of service . . . you take the chance.

I had a massive Red Oak that had just dropped a branch one foot in diameter. I called several companies for quotes. Two did not return calls within a week. Three quoted a number so large, I was stunned. Joe took the time to explain all the options available, and educated me on the tree's health. Then he offered me a price that was more than competitive. When he came out we reviewed the work to be performed and the original quote. My wife asked about elevating the branches on the trees in our front yard. After we agreed on the work, his team of four moved quickly. When I came home that evening, not only had the work been completed but everything my wife had requested had been completed too. As she had gotten home before I did she commented on how polite and efficient the crew had been. I spoke with Joe and he confirmed my fears. The Red oak had been a major threat to my house and probably weighed over 20,000 pounds. If it had fallen on my house, it would have been crushed flat. Even though the work was more than he expected he honored our original price. He is a man of his word, and I would gladly recommend his team to anyone.
